We are proud of the relationship we have with students tenants in St Andrews. This has been due to our dedicated team who are always ready to help with any problems you may have with your property or its equipment and our accounts team are always on hand to discuss any rental payment issues.
Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and all our properties are presented in good order. We ensure that no tenants are held liable for damages or dilapidations unless it is fair and reasonable to do so.
Procedure
- If you are interested in any property advertised as available for students and would like to view, please email for access arrangements.
- When applying, complete application form and hand into the office with required documentation as requested.
- All applicants are required to attend for interview and signed guarantor deed will be required for all successful applicants.
If you wish to view any of the properties please email letting@premierlet.net. The quickest and most effective way to obtain details for viewing properties is to contact the us by email as we have a dedicated team dealing with enquiries.
Applications will not be accepted until the properties are viewed. If you wish to apply for a property please complete the application form.
