Through our letting centres in St Andrews and Glasgow we strive to ensure that we always act in the best interests of landlords whilst offering comprehensive support for tenants.

Within Premierlet we operate four departments each focusing on ensuring your property is managed through each step of the rental and management process. Each department is responsible for co-orinating their own specific part of the marketing and subsequent tenancy management. Our experience in residential letting over ten years has created specific procedures tailored to ensuring all properties provide a steady and reliable income for every landlord.

We aim to maximise rental income whilst protecting each property against potential risks. Our state of the art letting software contains and controls all information relating to each property. This is fundamental to the success of our business and allows us to monitor the status of each property.
