Fully Managed Service

Premierlet offer full property management which means that we take the stress out of being a landlord. Simply hand us a set of keys for your property and we’ll do the rest for you. Tenant Find Service only

We understand that finding the right tenants for your property can be time consuming and stressful. Using the high volume of prospective tenants we see every day we will match your property with the right tenant. We will help you to attain the best return for your rental property and to get it rented to a suitable fully referenced tenant -FAST.

Premierlet offers a Tenant Find only service, meaning you can simply hand us a set of keys and  we’ll let your property  for you.

Premierlet offer a service that is available to suit landlords who require a bespoke advertising and marketing facility only, tailored to suit the individual needs of the property. This service includes:

  • Rental assessment
  • Initial and continuous client consultation
  • Photograph and advertise your property

Preparation of Quarterly Tax Returns (Non Res Landlord): £300 (VAT Inclusive)
Professional Hourly Rate: £50 per hour (VAT Inclusive)
Rent Review Fee: £36 (VAT Inclusive)
Instructing Repairs to Void Property: 15% (VAT Inclusive) of the Cost of Works
Preparation for/Attendance at Court/Tribunal: £200 (VAT Inclusive) per hour
Instructing Repairs in Excess of Delegated Authority: 15% (VAT inclusive) of the Cost of works
HMO Application Fee: £510 (VAT Inclusive)
Risk Assessment: £114 (VAT Inclusive)
Additional Annual HMRC Reporting: £24 (VAT Inclusive)
Tenant Find Only Fee: 50% (VAT Exclusive) of 1st Month’s Rent)
Advertising Only Fee; £360 (VAT Inclusive)
