Seen a property you would like to view?

If you have seen a property advertised that you would like to view please telephone our office or call into see us to arrange an appointment.

Haven’t seen a property that is right for you?

Please call into our office to register your details. Alternatively, you may like to telephone or email our office your details.

What happens next?

Once you have viewed a property that you would like to take we will ask every person over the age of twenty one to complete an application form. These forms must be returned to our office.

Applications normally takes 7 – 10 days to complete. Once your application has been completed we will contact the Landlord of the property and advise you if your application has been successful.

How safe is my deposit?

One of the biggest concerns for a tenant is ‘how safe is my security deposit, will I get my money back?’ Your deposit will be protected by a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme ‘my|deposits Scotland’. We protect your money even further by working with ‘Safe Deposits Scotland’ – Scotland’s leading tenancy deposit scheme.
